• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate BiteTube, a BiteTube employee, another user, or any other person or entity.

3. Content and Curation

BiteTube is a platform for human curation of YouTube videos. We do not host the videos themselves. The content shared on BiteTube remains the property of the original creators. By sharing a video on BiteTube, you represent that you have the right to do so and that it complies with our guidelines.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users or YouTube), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of BiteTube and its licensors.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BiteTube, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
